Full paper submission
Guidelines and Information
The author needs to submit the full paper to the Conference secretariat idrc[at]hit.edu.cn . The submission deadline is June 15th, 2009. If the author has finished the full paper, please submit it as soon as possible, which will help compile the proceeding. The full paper should follow the formatting guidelines below:
1. The full paper should not be beyond 3 pages (A4) and should be single spaced.
2. The format of the words is Times New Roman and the font size is 10.5.
3. Left and right margin length is 1.5 cm; top and below margin length is 1.0 cm.
4. The full paper should be of publishable quality.
5. The full paper should include 5 keywords.
6. The full paper should be submitted with Microsoft Word file and the title of Microsoft Word file of the full paper should be the title of the full paper.
Proceeding
IDRC Chengdu 2009 will issue a proceeding to help conference participants and all the people who concerned the career of the disaster prevention and reduction to share the disaster management experiences and up to date research products of the international community, in order to promote the contact between attendees. All the submitted papers which have been accepted by the Conference Scientific Committee will be included in the proceeding.
The proceeding of IDRC Chengdu 2009 will have formal publication number, and will also apply for Index to Scientific & Technical Proceedings (ISTP). The Conference Scientific Committee will further assess some excellent papers and recommend them to Journal of Urban Planning and Development which is issued in USA. This Journal is indexed by Science Citation Index (SCI). We sincerely welcome you to participate in this conference which many specialists in the field of international disaster and risk management will attend, and submit paper to this conference.
