Description
|
The earthquake is one kind of natural disaster with huge destructive power, as a result of its diastrophism’s complex rule and the geological structure’s difference, the earthquake forecast to the humanity is still a difficult problem. But it will obviously increase the forecast precision to carry on forecasting the earthquake from two dimensions, the outer space and ground, which then will enable the humanity to make preparations for coping with the earthquake disaster. There is no doubt that it will be significant for reducing the personnel casualty and the economic loss. The main topic of this session is surveying heavy earthquake by the satellite and the surface observation, discussing from new method, which has vital practical significance.
